Heart like God

We must love like God and have a heart like God.  Be motivated today and act like God.

Listen

Everything you think and hear is not of God. You must learn to listen to what is being said. Everything God says will align with the Bible. God doesn't lie. If something you hear contradicts the Word then it's not God.

Be Alert

You must pay attention to your surroundings.  The devil wants to pull you away from God. Don't let it happen! Stand firm on your faith. God will take care of everything. 

Direction

What does God have for your life? God is willing to direct your life to the maximum potential.  All you have to do is trust him and acknowledge him in all you do.

It is time out for being unhappy and unproductive.  Allow God to order your steps and things will be different.  

Blessed

Answered me

All you have to do is seek the Lord. He will provide you with all the answeres that you need. He will deliver you from everthing.

Who can be?

The Almighty God is always rooting for you. He is always on your side. As long as you have God then it doesn't matter who doesn't like you. It doesn't matter who speaks negatively about you! With God on your side you have it all!

Power

We have God given power. That power is stronger then any man made force. The question I ask you is, if you have the strongest power why do you give the devil permission to defeat you?
He can't.  God has equipped you with all you need to win. Start using this power

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Forget

We are always between our past and our future. In order to win and move on we must forget the things of yesterday and look unto today.

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do , forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

Seasons

With God everything happens in season. Everything takes time in the natural to grow. We all must realize that with God there is no time just seasons. Keep the faith and know that just because things don't happen in your time they will happen in due season.

Be of one mind

Being double minded is not good. One day following God and one day doing it your way. We must be single minded. God minded!

James 1:8 KJV
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Never Pass

God's word will never leave us. We have to study it and allow it to grow deep roots in our hearts.

Luke 21:33 KJV
Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Profit

We need to deny our flesh and follow God. To be Christian means to be Christ like. The profit is in following CHRIST! When you follow Christ you will gain the full reward!

Matthew 16:24-26 KJV
Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. [25] For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. [26] For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Life

Jesus came in to the world and died so we can have a better life. A life lived in abundance.

John 10:10 KJV
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

What's in your mouth?

Have you ever wondered why things are the way they are in you life? The reason is because of which you speak. All good and bad things in your life are a result of the words that you speak. If you continuously speak negative you will see negative result. If you want positive results than your words need to be positive.

Proverbs 18:21 KJV
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Purpose of His Word

God has given us the Bible for a reason. He knows everything that is written in it. All of the Bible is for our good! It is God Breathed!

2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

A Sanctified Us

When you marry you become Us. So you don't have to worry if your husband or wife is an unbeliever. Your spouse will be sanctified by you. This means the married couple will be a sanctified us.

1 Corinthians 7:14 KJV
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

Fruit

How do you want to be noticed? You will be identified  by your fruits so if your tree is not rooted in good it will be evident. Bring forth good fruit!

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? [17] Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. [18] A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. [19] Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. [20] Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

All things

You have the ability to do anything you want. Good or bad you are equipped to do anything. God has given us the power to be light and power in the Earth.

Philippians 4:13 KJV
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Tempted

God doesnt tempt us. He will allow us to go through tests but, he isn't the one tempting us. It is our faith and trust in God that will help us during the trying times.  If Jesus can withstand the attacks so can you!

Matthew 4:1 KJV
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

Work It

God expects us to work our faith. Working our faith is truly simple. We need to just believe God and the promises he has set forth for our life. If we rest in the comfort of knowing God will provide and God will fix our problems then we are working it.

Working our faith is simply applying the Bible principals to our life. If you don't work your faith then it is dead.

Be Wise

 All God wants us to do is be wise. He wants us to take his words follow them. His words are the keys to every good thing In life.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

Sound Mind

There is nothing in this world that you should fear. If you have feelings of fear that is not God. The liar and deciever wants us to operate in fear. God wants us to have a sound mind, love, and be full of power.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

He's Watching

God sees everything.  We need to stop trying to hide our short coming form God. Instead we need to embrace them and seek his help, strength, and love in fixing them.

The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch upon the evil and the good.

Be still

Stop trying to fix things your self! You can't! God has the power to fix any and everything. You just have to be still!

The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.

God's Plans

It is time to stop stressing and worrying about things. God has plans for you that are bigger than you can ever think of. God's plan for your life will sustain your every need.

For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

The light

Anything that is dark in your life does not belong. With God there is no darkness. So if there is darkness in your life it is not God. Rid your life of the darkness and enjoy God's marvelous light!

1 John 1:5 KJV
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Old things

God has the ability to fix anyone. There is nothing in your life that God can't fix! 

2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Hope

Proverbs 13:12 KJV
Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.

Food

God intends for us to feed our natural bodies food. We cannot feed our spirit man natural food that is why we are supposed to feed our spirit man God's word. If we don't feed natural bodies food we grow weak. If we don't feed our spirit man word we will also grow weak. If you want to be strong spiritually you must do your part and eat the word.

Luke 4:4 KJV

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Reverence

God does so much for us on a daily basis. He doesn't ask us for anything in return so we should have reverence for him. He love us unconditionally and for that we could worship and praise him.

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Full of Power

You dont need a gun, knives, or weapons to win your fight! The fight you have is not against any person it's against spirits. So use the word to fight your battles,  because The Word is stronger than any weapon.

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

More Joy

Whatever may have you down just hold on..Joy is on the way! It can't rain forever!

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Nehemiah 8:10 AMP
Then Ezra told them, Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet drink, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. And be not grieved and depressed, for the joy of the Lord is your strength and stronghold.

No Secret

God can see and hear everything.  There is no creature that can hide from God. Along with every creature being exposed everything we do is exposed. We can hide stuff from man but we can't hide anything from God!

Hebrews 4:13 AMP
And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.

Instructions

God is constantly giving us instructions and he wants us to obey them. The instructions that he gives to us is ALWAYS for our own good! However, we all fall short and when this happens we need to be corrected. Allow your errors to be corrected as this will only benefit you!

He who heeds instruction and correction is not only himself in the way of life but also is a way of life for others. And he who neglects or refuses reproof not only himself goes astray but also causes to err and is a path toward ruin for others.

The Head

God has placed us as the head. That means we are in top. Despite what our situation may look like or despite how we may feel we are on top. Because God said so!

And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them :

Life's Race

In life we must train ourself to run with God. This race may not be easy in the flesh but it will be worth it in the spirit. The best part of running the race with God is that we always win! It takes discipline and sacrifice but the end prize is worth it when you follow God.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 AMP
Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize? So run your race that you may lay hold of the prize and make it yours. [25] Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness that cannot wither. [26] Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating the air and striking without an adversary. [27] But like a boxer I buffet my body handle it roughly, discipline it by hardships and subdue it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit not stand the test, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit.

Think on this

What is on your mind? If you are spending time thinking about the negativity, evil, and wrong doings then you need to stop! God tells us in Philippians what we should be thinking about! People spend too much time thinking about what is wrong instead of thinking about all that's right!

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Doctor

The only person who never sinned was Jesus. He may have been tempted but never fell victim to sin! When we were living in sin Jesus came for us! He came so we can be healed! So we could be in right standing with God! Jesus came to fix all our imperfections those that are perfect don't need him. 

Luke 5:31-32 KJV
And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. [32] I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Made Perfect

God's grace is more than enough for you! If you had nothing else you would still have enough.

2 Corinthians 12:9 AMP

But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in your weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!

Joy

God has joy when he sees us following him.  That is the same joy we as parents should have for our children. When you see that your children are following God you should be proud. Even if they have a different religion or belief system as you, you should still be proud. Your child could be doing a lot worse! Be proud that you raised a child who loves and seeks God!

When your child grows up they will formulate their own opinion. As long as you lead by example the love for God will never depart. They may find a belief system that they follow and even if it isn't the one you raised them in rejoice for your child!

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Quiet Time

God is always talking but are you always listening? Sometimes in life we have too much noise. This noise keeps us from hearing God. Fear, worry, and depression, are noises. When you give the noise power in your life you tune your God antenna to a different station.

God wants us to hear him. He wants us to listen  to his word and instruction. So if you find too much noise in your life you need to BE QUIET! Slow down. Take sometime and meditate on the word. When you do this your antenna will turn back in sync with God.

Walk in the Light

We should strive to walk in God's light. When we walk in God's light we will truly be fulfilled.

Psalm 89:15 AMP
Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the people who know the joyful sound who understand and appreciate the spiritual blessings symbolized by the feasts; they walk, O Lord, in the light and favor of Your countenance!

We must make up our minds to walk in God's light. When we decide to follow God and walk in his way we will suffer in the flesh. However, God promises that it will be worth it. When you follow God's light you must desire to please him not man. By doing this you will lose friends and even possibly family but the life that God has for you will be worth it.

John 12:36 KJV
While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

Equipped

We must check ourselves against word of God. The word of God is a mirror, shield, and sword. When we use the word of God as a mirror we can see areas that need improvement. When we look at the man in the mirror we may find things that we know we need to change. Seek God for this! God will help you fix  anything that is not inline with his word.

Then you can use the word of God as your shield. The word of God will cover you and protect you from any of Satan's attacks. The word of God will keep you during the midst of any storm. 

Lastly, when you find yourself in a situation. Use the Word of God as your sword. The word is more powerful than any sword. That means it can cut deeper. Thus, allowing you to have the power to cut down any trees that God didn't plant.

When you study, follow, and develop ourselves with Gods word we are fully eqquipped to handle any situation.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Go Ye

God has given us a task. The task is to tell all people everywhere about his Word. If we all took  a couple minutes a day to post a scripture imagine how much of the world we would reach.

Social media is a good way to glorify God! We must use the negative impact of social media to glorify our Heavenly Father. We can also glorify him verbally and in writing. In all things we do we should be telling people about God.

Mark 16:15 KJV
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Be Gone

Jesus told Satan to BE GONE. If God did it why aren't you? Why are you going through life allowing Satan's temptations to take you out of your element. Being a deceiver is what Satan does but you have the power to kick him out of your life!  When Jesus was being tempted he didn't allow it to take him away from God. He used the situation to show his love and loyalty to God. This is what we should do when we are tempted.

Matthew 4:10 AMP
Then Jesus said to him, Begone, Satan! For it has been written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him alone shall you serve.

Supposed to help

Despite how we look at ourselves many of us are blessed beyond our own belief. God does this on purpose. He does this so we can help one another. The Word tells us that if we have something and see somebody in need we are supposed to help them. It is not our job to assess the reason for the need. It is just our job to help.

This applies to material goods as well as spiritual and emotional goods. Someone may just be in need of a simple hug, hello, or scriptural pick me up! It is our job as followers of God to give it to them. When we help someone we are also helping ourselves.

1 John 3:17 AMP
But if anyone has this world's goods (resources for sustaining life) and sees his brother and fellow believer in need, yet closes his heart of compassion against him, how can the love of God live and remain in him?

Find God's Peace

In order to grow we must make peace with our selves. Making peace within yourself requires you to do 2 things.

1. Trust God
2. Forgive your self.

Jesus died for your every transgression. So trust that God has looked past your faults.

He loves you and wants you to have his peace in your life.

Too Big

Many times we carry things that are to heavy or too bug for us to carry. When we see a large item we should ask someone to help us carry it. This way we keep from getting hurt.

Well the same thing applies with other baggage.  We spend too much time carrying baggage around and God wants to carry it for us. He tells us to simply let him carry it for us!  He is willing to heal all burdens and take them from you.  The key is you just have to cast them!
